The Department of Biological and Molecular Sciences welcomed Heidi Pullmann-Lindsley as an assistant professor of biology in 2024. She arrived from Baylor University, where she completed her PhD in cellular, molecular and health and disease biology in the spring of 2024.
During her final two years in the program, she worked as a research assistant for a National Institutes of Health-sponsored research project on mosquitos. Previously, she was a research assistant for the American Mosquito Control Association (2021-22) and instructed anatomy and physiology labs (2021) at Baylor.

Outside the Classroom
Pullman-Lindsley lives in Newberg with her husband Jonathan and attends Church of the Vine. She enjoys running and playing sports, and is an avid fan of the Newcastle United Football Club (English Premier League).
