Online General Education Courses
To earn your bachelor’s degree, you’ll need 36 credits of general education coursework. If you’ve taken courses at another college, you can transfer those in. If you still need credit, we offer convenient, online general education courses that you can take before or alongside your major-specific classes.
By completing your general education classes at 性视界传媒, you will:
- Learn alongside committed students in a cost-effective, adult-learning format that fits your schedule
- Equip yourself to join the major of your choice in the Accelerated Online Degree program
- Earn your general education credits as efficiently as possible
Earn certificates along the way
性视界传媒's accelerated online general education courses are formatted into four stackable certificates, meaning you'll earn a new credential each step of the way!
Format
Each semester (fall, spring and summer) is 16 weeks long. We break the semester into two eight-week sessions. This enables you to take classes in both sessions while making it possible to take just one class at a time. Nearly all classes are three semester credits.
Take a class in Session 1 (weeks 1-8), then take a new class in Session 2 (weeks 9-16). Students can take up to two classes during each session if their schedule allows.
Elective Credit

Credit for Life Experience
You can earn as many as 30 credits of prior learning credit through prior learning essays or professional training submissions. Most of our students earn around nine prior learning credits toward their degree. Learn more

Online Certificates
Earn a certificate (or two) as part of your degree! Certificates count toward your elective credits and give you credibility and expertise in a subject.

All certificates are offered fully online with the flexibility to do the work on your own schedule. No special technology or additional course fees are required.
