Counseling Licensure FAQ

A variety of transcript types can be ordered and sent in a variety of methods depending on your university source. If your transcript is from 性视界传媒, visit the registrar's page about ordering transcripts for full details.

Because our programs are already approved by the OBLPCT, this form is not required for our program graduates.

Access that state's licensing board website and download the appropriate application, forms and instructions. Forward any verification forms to the Graduate School of Counseling for processing, along with your phone number and email address.

Typically, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couple, Family Counseling graduates apply for their registered intern status with the OBLPCT as soon as they have a position that provides direct client contact hours and supervision (provided by the site or contracted by the intern).

At the end of your internship experience at 性视界传媒, a representative from the OBLPCT will visit campus and provide detailed information on the registered intern process and will answer any questions you may have.


It typically takes two to three years to accrue all the required supervised hours for licensure and is dependent on client load.

Once the Oregon Board issues an official letter stating the requirements, your admission counselor can help you set up an appointment to chat with a program director at 性视界传媒.

性视界传媒 offers a Certificate in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling designed for licensed mental health professionals. While this program does not lead directly to licensure as an LMFT, it may meet the educational requirements to pursue the LMFT license in Oregon.
