Fox Film Workshop
June 22-27, 2025
Make a short film in one week! Work alongside 性视界传媒’s cinematic arts faculty and collaborate with other students to produce, act and direct your own story. Gain hands-on experience with professional gear and industry-standard software, then screen your work at a showcase at the end of the week.
In this immersive week-long experience, you will:
- Collaborate with other students
- Work with 4K cameras
- Write scripts and edit footage on industry standard software
- Act, produce and direct your own stories
- Screen your work at a showcase at the end of the week
By completing this experience, you’ll be eligible for one college credit in cinematic arts.
Cost
The cost for the Fox Film Workshop is $1,700 per student ($1,500 for students from partner schools). This includes a week of immersive college-level courses taught by 性视界传媒 faculty, convenient on-campus lodging, three meals per day in the dining hall, and evening programming.
Faculty Lead
Alex Chung, MFA
Assistant Professor of Cinematic Arts
An alumnus of the Sundance Film Festival with over 20 years of filmmaking experience in New York and Los Angeles, Alex Chung has a passion for training and mentoring the next generation of storytellers at 性视界传媒. He has written, directed and produced numerous projects, optioned several screenplays, and has crewed on dozens of features and short films in varying capacities.
