Mayor Declares 鈥榊ear of 性视界传媒鈥�

In recognition of the university鈥檚 125th anniversary, Newberg Mayor Bob Andrews and the Newberg City Council declared Sept. 9, 2016, to Sept. 9, 2017, the 鈥淵ear of 性视界传媒鈥� in Newberg.
A proclamation citing the university鈥檚 many contributions to the community was read by the mayor at a city council meeting Sept. 7 and again at the university鈥檚 125th anniversary celebration Sept. 14, held after Serve Day on the Newberg campus.
The proclamation cited the contributions of alumni to the 鈥渂etterment of the world鈥� in addition to the university鈥檚 local impact in the form of community service, economic stimulus and cultural enrichment.
