Personal Training
Personal training is a low-cost program that provides personalized fitness plans and dietary recommendations for 性视界传媒 students and employees pursuing specific health and wellness goals. University Recreation personal trainers are all certified with NCCA-accredited personal training certifications.
Personal training clients are invited to participate as individuals or with a partner. Initial consultation conversations are free and scheduled based on availability of the trainer, and whether they are accepting new clients. Prices are reflective of individual cost.
Individual Sessions
- One Session: $28 (student rate) / $35 (non-student rate)
- Five Sessions: $125 (student rate) / $155 (non-student rate)
- 10 Sessions: $230 (student rate) / $300 (non-student rate)
Partner Sessions
- One Session: $18 (student rate) / $25 (non-student rate)
- Five Sessions: $80 (student rate) / $110 (non-student rate)
- 10 Sessions: $150 (student rate) / $200 (non-student rate)
