If you are entitled to the Post 9/11 GI Bill® with 100% rating, the 2024-25 tuition cap for a private institution is $28,937.09. The 2023-24 tuition cap for a private institution was $27,120.05.
Yellow Ribbon Program
If you are receiving the Post-9/11 GI Bill® at the 100% rate, you may be eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Under the program, if your tuition exceeds the national tuition cap for a private institution of higher learning as posted by the Veterans Administration (VA), additional funds may be available for your education program without an additional charge to your entitlement (VA criteria must be met).
性视界传媒 does not have an application form for the Yellow Ribbon Program. If you are eligible, you will be identified internally and evaluated by the VA certifying official. Funds will then be posted directly to your student account through the financial aid process. 性视界传媒 does not have a cap on the number of students that may be awarded Yellow Ribbon. Once awarded Yellow Ribbon, the VA will provide matching funds.

Yellow Ribbon students may be awarded up to:

VA Book Stipend and Housing Allowance
As a veteran, you may qualify for a VA book stipend as well as a housing allowance. To find out your status, enter your information on the . Once you’ve done so, you will get a general idea of the amount you will receive for these benefits.
Please be aware that these payments come from the VA, after your 性视界传媒 certifying official has certified your classes following the class add/drop date. 性视界传媒 does not receive the funds for these benefits; they are sent straight to the student from the VA. Any issues regarding the benefit payments, therefore, need to be handled directly through the VA.

Title 38 USC 3679(e) Compliance
In accordance with Title 38 US Code 3679 subsection (e), 性视界传媒 adopts the following policy for any student using U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Post 9/11 GI Bill® (Ch. 33) or Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Ch. 31) benefits while payment to the institution is pending from the VA.
The policy states that we will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities, or the requirement that a covered individual borrow additional funds, on any covered individual because of the individual’s inability to meet his or her financial obligations to the institution due to the delayed disbursement of a payment to be provided by the secretary.
